I have to find something new to read since there are no new outlander
books about. I was thinking of giving Lord John grey and the private
matter a try. Has anyone read it yet?

Very, very good read. Have read Lord John Grey and am still searching
for something to fill the outlander void.

Hmm there are 5 books by Karen Marie Moning The first book being
Beyond the Highland Mist

It has a bit more sex in the books than the highlander books but it
has a good story and I found them entertaining as did my wife.

Yes, I loved Lord John, but it was pretty short. I've been reading Marion
Bradley Zimmerson's books. Lady Avalon, Princess Avalon. She's the one who
wrote The Mists of Avalon which I haven't read yet. Would recommend her
books highly.

I loved "Mist's of Avalon" but didn't like the others. You have saved the best
for last.

Private Matter was a little forced. Not of the same caliber as the others but
then I am not a big mystery fan.

For Lord John, I found it entertaining , but lacking I'm not sure why all
the alusions to Jamie in that book...

Have you seen the movie on Marion Zimmer Bradley's books? I thought it
provided a new insight on the age old Arthur, Lancelot and Guinevere story
