My wife and I listen to audio books during our hour long commute to
and from work. We've read Outlander, Dragonfly in Amber, Voyager and
just started Drums of Autumn.

Great books!! Does Jamie take viagra or something sheesh..

LOL!
I have been reading Drums for about 4 months. I am purposely dragging it out
as I hate for the series to end. I finally bought Fiery Cross so I guess it
is ok to finish Drums!

Angel,

I laughed out loud at your sig. In junior high, I was a HUGE BCR fan. I
had 4 or 5 of their albums and I would play them incessantly. I think that
was where my appreciation for the Scots lilt was born. They didn't do
anything for me in their kilts, though. I wanted a BIG Scot, like Jamie!!

Yes, I've seen them online! I was bored one afternoon and I 'Googled' them.
I found their website. Apparently Les is the only one left still performing
with BCR. Les was my 'heartthrob,' but I don't think he's aged very well.

I just wish I could convert my vinyl to cd (I know the tech is there, but
too expensive and time-consuming for me!)

actually Stuart has his own music as well.
Eric has the rights to the BCR name..so Les has to use the Legendary BCR,
which is silly cus he is the only one who was in the BCR!
He has an autobiog out also.. you can get it on Amazon.uk site.

Les still has a huge ego.. LOL

My girlfriend got me hooked on the books some three years ago. Ever
since then I've met Herself twice at our local games (dubbed the
largest in the world). My girlfriend even made me a kilt (grin) which
I don't mind wearing at all, since I've always wanted to have one.
Now I have three!

As for the books... she was jealous as I started the series and didn't
have to wait between books like she did. Now we're both waiting for
the next one (as we all are). Worth the wait I'll bet!

Let's hope so...I was not that happy with Fiery Cross but I'm hoping that the
next one fires things up a bit again!
